The room was in good condition and the bed was confortable. The staff is also very nice. My only complain is the smell. The bathroom has a very bad smell (because of the sewer) that leaks into the room and it starts to become unbearable after the second day.

Lovely hotel and stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were great in helping and supporting us and our requests, The rooms were comfortable and nicely spaced. Will certainly stay again.

Lovely hotel near the centre

Really lovely hotel, the staff were nice and helpful, supportive as well to the needs of our grandmother who was travelling with us. It’s close to the historic centre and meant we could get around easily. Will stay again!

This is a boutique hotel in Guanajuato and is quite central. It is a very old and amazing building and for those that like boutique hotels and beautiful architecture, I recommend this hotel.

Walking distance to bar that had best drinks in town! Walking distance to downtown and places to eat. The service was exceptional very nice people and staff i would highly recommend!

The staff was amazing and super friendly. The room was ok, bed was not good, it had water damage on the ceiling, everything outside could be heard, ventilation was lacking in the bathroom and no TVs (Something to knockout the outside noise).

The staff was so lovely at this hotel. We had travel issues and they were so accommodating. The only problem we had with this location is that we didn’t realize it didn’t have AC. They provided us with fans and it kept us comfortable enough. The breakfast was tasty and the attendant was so lovely. The valet parking was easy to navigate. You just needed to let staff know when you needed the car and they handled the rest. It was an additional cost. Overall great place to stay.

Not as nice as the picture

Overall a good stay, with comfortable beds and parking arrangements made by the hotel, but this hotel is certainly not as nice as the beautiful pictures shown on Hotels.com. One of our rooms was underground, the other barely had a window, bathroom were rough.

Room was small and stuffy, no actual window only a transom window above the door. Loved the location and the desk staff were very helpful. Would stay again only in a different room. Seen a few options with larger windows.
