Nice view. Very friendly owners helpful if you needed anything. Nice clean inside air-conditioned in the bedrooms. While the location is good the property conditions are in need of renovation , deep cleaning and additional staff. The ac cover was missing, broken counter tops and the halls carpets were dirty.

Great hotel in a quaint part of PR! The staff were all very accommodating and the hotel is right on the beach. Swim up pool bar that serves drinks and lunch/dinner while you relax. We will definitely be back!
