"Me encantó las instalaciones, está en un buen lugar y las instalaciones en general súper limpias. Solo un pequeño detalle el internet no sirve y por consecuencia la televisión no podía conectarse . La chava del turno de la noche en recepción tenía una actitud muy mala. Pero, la chava en el turno de la mañana , fue súper amable y muy atenta. El almuerzo estuvo muy bien en general, limpio, rico , el personal atento en todo momento. Regresaré cuando venga de nuevo a Morelia . "

"We loved our stay at this hotel! The location next to a beautiful outdoor mall was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our top-floor room was lovely, and room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and there were also great nearby food choices at the mall. One small suggestion for improvement: I hope the hotel considers removing room numbers from the key cards, as it could be a safety concern if a card is lost. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! "
