"I was allowed early check-in as I was early. The desk clerk was very accommodating. Upon entry with my baggage I tripped over an improperly placed rug at the front of the hotel. The desk clerk did come to help me. I was not seriously injured. The room was dirty. Carpet was stained as was the couch. Bathroom floor had dirt in grout. Worst experience for Hyatt stay. "

"The staff was incredibly helpful, my flight was delayed due to weather issues, I arrived to the property a little after 1am. The staff greeted me and made sure I got to my room. In the morning I went downstairs for complementary breakfast and it was good. I was on the third floor and I didn’t hear any noise, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Complementary water and coffee all day and free shuttle to and from the airport. I had a great experience!"

"The room was clean and spacious. The gym had a lot of different type of equipment, and the pool was nice as well. The restaurants and Casino are always enjoyable! The room did get a little humid during the nighttime or after showers."
