Good hotel and super organised and helpful staff

Great location - but can be a little noisy . Nice clean rooms

Great location and the staff were incredible. Doubt there is better value in GDL

Really nice hotel. There was construction work taking place on the ground floor, the pool was accesible but noisy due to the construction. A good hotel but I really wanted to enjoy the last bit of Mexican sun before my flight home, which I was unable to do. Overall a really nice, comfortable hotel but maybe better to look elsewhere until the work is complete. However, if you don’t care about the pool your stay will be mostly unaffected.

Fantastic historical property. Rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful

Despite my limited Spanish, my overall stay was great. Staff were really helpful. I left my watch in my room and I didn’t realised. It was the hotel that messaged me while I was already near the airport. The hotel’s receptionist handed the watch to a Uber driver who came to meet me at Guadalajara airport 30 minutes after. I’ll definitely stay there again.
