"The property is located in the center of Guadalajara. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working great in the room and the cleaning staff didn’t do the best such as replacing towels and cleaning the sink area during our stay. It is a quality property but I was just expecting more."

"The room was pleasantly nice. Looks like the rooms have gone through remodeling recently. Overall, the hotel was great for the price. Buffet breakfast was pretty good along with the cafe/bar in the lobby."
