Also, I wanted to stay at thir facility in one expo, Expedia and I ware unable to speak with someone that can take decisions for the transfer for 6 night, that is the management power/employees interest in maintaining excellent customer service, again, receptionist was not able to let me talk to manager about it, my office in US, CDC called Expedia and after 20 minutes on the phone, they ware unable to talk with a decision maker
