Es un hotel basico, con una ubicación excelente y con una vista preciosa, pero no por ser básico debe estar sucio, tanto la recepción como el baño de mi habitación están muy sucios, el baño de mi cuarto tenía cabellos y la regadera estaba muy sucia.

The breakfast was adequate but not a lot of options. I didnt like the terible smell right outside the entrance. You can only access the hotel on foot, about two blocks from a street that allows autos. Fortunately i didn’t have a lot of luggage

The hotel location is excellent, but it needs a ton of maintenance. If you are staying for a week it i’ll be ok. More than that really think about it.

Location was excellent but the property not so good. Beds were more like twin beds instead of double. The bathroom was super extra small and the shower even smaller. The elevators cant be used without the room key but that was when we were lucky to be able to use them and the elevators were working bc there were always issues with one or both. Hotel offers breakfast but in the 7 days we were they served only chilaquiles, eggs beans, papaya, melon and watermelon and changed 1 side only. The girls at the front desk need more training or an older person to guide them bc they were more interested in their private issues than to assist the guests.

Downtown Guadalajara
Centrally located in the downtown Guadalajara area. Easy access to all tourist attractions and great food. Loved our view. With the cathedral and palacio de gobierno right outside. Clean and comfortable but not luxurious. The breakfast was not to our liking but plenty of choices right outside.

Could use some improvements
The hotel was decent and the view from the terrace was amazing. Good breakfast. Elevators are small and key cards sometimes do not work so you might end up going up and down the elevator. The biggest issue is the parking which is 2 blocks away. That is very inconvenient especially if you have lots of heavy luggage.

Great view from the terrace. Good breakfast. The only issue is the elevators taking too long or the key not card not being read correctly.

Very minimal necessities. Blood stains on sheets. No cups for drinks in rooms. One chair for two people in room? Felt like a hostel. Good breakfast!

We stayed for a whole week and it was pleasant. Hotel is close to everything in the historical district. There was a security guard at the entrance 24/7 so I was never worried about coming back from partying late. I would come stay here again!
