We love staying here. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I always feel safe when staying at Microtel. They have a small gym but it’s perfect for me. The pool is clean and they have a good breakfast too.

I like the fact that it was a small hotel but with a good distribution so we had a little bit of everything. Breakfast was good. There was a lot of good eating options around and within walkable distance. I didn't like that we ran out of toilet paper and went to the front desk to ask for more they not only didn't have any but even suggested me to go to the nearest convenience store to buy more. I was like: YOU ARE A HOTEL AND ARE DIRECTING ME TO GO BUY TOILET PAPER?? what's next, to bring my own sheets and pillows? After what it looked like a lapsus brutus moments one of them had the brilliant idea to contact maintenance to go get more.

Convenient location. Clean, well kept, helpful staff, good breakfast, fenced off property allowing for more privacy. Shopping center adjacent with restaurants, night entertainment, casino and a Krispy Kreme and Thrifty Ice cream. A very short walk from Walmart/Sams club, Oxxo, Denny’s and much more. Will stay there again.

We always stay at this hotel in our last day of our trip since is super close to the airport. We love how clean the hotel is and also love the pool, the gym and also they have washer and drier to do your own laundry . Their customer service is great the staff are super nice and professional and always willing to help us. I recommend it 100 percent kid friendly and beds are so comfortable. We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast since we slept in but we have had breakfast in the past is super yummy .
