"although there's a bunch of bad reviews this is my second time visiting, it wasn't flawless the first time but had nothing to do with the staff, service,etc,this time I'll let you judge for yourself,on arrival an hour early for check in i was told to wait half an hour to get the entrance to my room, but they took all my info to check me in and took my luggage so I can start enjoying the property, got my room, clean, nice, a/c set for 18 Celsius, TV funtional,fridge working, had dinner in hotel restaurant (that night and 2 more times on a 4 night stay) excellent preparation and tasty food, excellent service, breakfast is GOOD BUT NOT THAT..WOOOW,NOT BAD AT ALL, eggs different ways, local and international fruits,different choices of bread, cheese, ham,butter, empanadas, NOT BAD AT ALL for included free Breakfast,

NEXT DAY I gather my wife family (wich is colombian),for a DAY PASS or PASADIA in Spanish, about $20 to $25 per person included is a sandwich or burger, 2 drinks 1 alcoholic 1 non,towels, stay ,10%discount on extras, service excellent, since I left the sign for no disturb in the room they went to the pool to ask if I wanted my room to be cleaned, friendly staff after hrs, free shuttle from and to the airport, nice, convenient location for conmuters, is a 2 minutes drive from airport, the hotel owns the airport parking lot, perfect location for airlines crews, conmuters, NOT good for shoppers or tourists that want to go to Cali city, kind of far, overall 5of5"
