Great location. Close to many places that you need to see in Seville. Nothing more than a 15 minute walk. Grocery and tons of shopping five minute walk from hotel.
Bed was made and towels refreshed but floor, kitchen and bath could have been cleaned much better.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and efficient, the whole place was very clean, breakfast was enjoyable and the view over the river from the roof terrace was lovely.
Nice touches included the free water/juice in the rooms and the snacks in the coffee corner.
I would happily recommend the hotel Kivir to friends and family.

We only stayed here one night and it was beautiful! Everything was working, no bad smells, comfortable beds and the staff was courteous and friendly. I left my purse in the dining area. I went back a few minutes later and they had saved my bag. Overall, I’d definitely go back for a longer stay!

Perfect for the one night before a very early flight back - Taxi took 15mins or less to airport Luckily for us the pool was open a few weeks later than advertised and had both lunch and dinner at the bar for convenience and the food was really good.
