"Nous sommes tombĆ©s en amour avec cet hĆ“tel. Nous avions un bungalow avec air climatisĆ©. TrĆØs utile car c'est chaud et humide en aoĆ»t. Nous avons vu des perroquets, des toucans et des singes hurleurs sur notre site. Nous avons aussi fait la sortie pour voir la ponte des tortues vertes. C'Ć©tait vraiment super gĆ©nial. Nous reviendrons certainement. La restauration est dĆ©licieuse. Tout Ć©tait parfait."

"The staff at this hotel are nothing short of incredible. They go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. We did all the tours with their partner Tuanis Tours and found the guides knowledgeable and fun. All the tours went on a little longer because the guides were determined to make sure we saw all animals possible. They even made the tours enjoyable the few times we got caught in the rain. The hotel was also super accommodating and helpful when a storm changed our return travel plans. Also the location is prime, the hangout space by the beach so tranquil. And itās really great value for the price. Highly recommend booking and using them to organize all your time in Tortuguero"

"We stayed in the hotel as a party of six people with two teenagers sharing a room with two adults and two adults in a room on their own. The location was very good to be in the middle of the small resort. It is located about five minute walk from the jetty where the boat will leave you. The journey with our luggage was fine however it was not raining and on the return to the Boat at the end of our stay we paid a local staff member to take our luggage as it wouldāve been difficult with elderly relatives. In hindsight, we should have left the majority of our luggage in our car parked and taken a small backpack with the clothes and items we needed as this was a short stay as part of our two week trip around Costa Rica. The staff wore meant many hats as it is a small resort and I would like to pay particular praise to Brian who was a young receptionist who spoke excellent English and was very clued up on the local area and resort. The rooms were basic and the Aircon was excellent. The showers were surprisingly good, but the pressure in the taps was poor, but it didnāt really matter as we tended to have showers at the end of the day and just use the tapwater for brushing teeth and washing hands after toileting. The breakfast once again was basic but sufficient. There was a selection of teas which was important with us being English and the coffee was very nice. I would recommend this as a good base for your trip around Tortuguero."
