The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. Would stay here again and have recommended to all friends and family who are looking at visiting Krakow.
