"After entering reception desk I was advised by staff that there is no possibility of parking car because I didn't book parking place before coming. I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood. "I have stayed in the the IOR twice for 4 nights each. The star rating does not really compare internationally, since a 3 star in the US tends to be better than in Poland. The room size is good, and the bathroom was clean. The beds are substandard, small with cheap mattresses and there were days when the floors were not properly vacuumed. The restaurant looks basic but the food is actually quite good."
