"The entryway to this building appears very run down and has a not so great smell to it. However despite that my room was newly renovated, clean and nice. These apartments are self service. Hotel staff isn't as attentive as a regular hotel. I had to ask for clean towels. It's an alright stay for the price. If they could get their entryway and halls cleaned up and less dingy that would help."
