Convenient for the airport
Impressive building and facilities, with good location and view. We arrived at 7.00pm and left at 6.00am the next morning to catch our flight so we saw no staff and few guests in that time. But we had a very quiet night which was just what we wanted. Would use it again.

Average property at best. First room I was given did not have any signal for WiFi at all, and the remote control for the AC was missing. When asked for the remote, I was told that it was ordered and would arrive in a week (I was staying there for 4 nights), and there was no way to control AC from the unit. I was switched to a room with a better view, which was a kind move. That room however also had only working WiFi signal from the balcony; the floor of the room was dirty, and there was no soap for the bathroom or the kitchen sink. Overall an OK experience, but definitely needs significant improvement. Great location however, and the pool was nice.

Convenient place in Porticcio!
The residence is easy to find as it's well signposted in Porticcio but it was not easy to find the reception. We arrived at night in the rain but we finally found it and a large envelope with the keys was waiting for us. The room was modern, clean and had all we needed for one night. The residence is within walking distance from the restaurants, shops and the beach.

Rooms are very uncomfortable. Sterile, really, like a jail cell. Beds are rock hard, even for european standard. No extra pillows, blankets. Your jail cell is cold and tired, very univiting. The pool area is very over crowded. Don't think they could squeeze in another chair. BUT the pool area IS very beautifully decorated, and has a nice ambience. Bar staff are very rude. Prices of food and drinks are OUTRAGEOUS. Especially when you consider the room you've paid to sleep in.... doesn't add up.

Nice appartment, great view of Ajaccio and coast
Enjoyed using the swimming pool and restaurant on site. Ajaccio is close-by and is an interesting city.

Good location
Overall it was a good hotel. Nice to have the small kitchen so we could cook a few nights (2 burner stove and microwave -- no oven). Not much cooking utensils but the front desk supplied what we needed when we asked. Nice pool area where they also serve meals. Would have been better if the beach was closer but it's only a 10 min walk.

I had no issues in spite of the fact that I speak French worse than a recently preverbal child. The staff was very helpful and helped arrange a taxi for me to get to the airport at 4:30 in the morning.

Hotel looks a little tired,lacking in kitchen eqipment,could be absolutely fabulous with a little money spent.Great staff at the poolbar and cafe,different staff at reception each day,some very helpful others not. Excellent position, suited us well
