Personale della struttura molto disponibile. Servizi organizzati, appartamenti funzionali, ambienti e piscine adatti alle famiglie. Ottimo punto di appoggio per escursioni, ma anche per spostarsi lungo la costa. C'eravamo già stati, penso che torneremo.

Appartamenti i Casali molto vecchi e mal tenuti ma soprattutto 4 famiglie che hanno soggiornato in agosto in diverse settimane hanno avuto infezioni per pulci da materasso o cimici da letto.La responsabile Alessandra è stata avvisata sia telefonicamente più volte (purtroppo i clienti hanno avuto i sintomi a fine soggiorno) e via e-mail sia dai clienti che dall'agenzia viaggi ma a parte la promessa fatta al telefono di mandare una risposta con la prova di una richiesta di disinfezioni all'ente preposto (mai arrivata) non si è più degnata di farsi sentire..Anche dopo diversi solleciti nessuna risposta..questo comportamento è alquanto maleducato e menefreghista rispetto a chi voleva avvisare per evitare lo stesso disagio ai successivi clienti.Difficoltà di regolare l'acqua in doccia per la vecchia e scarsa manutenzione ,cucina inadeguata per 6 persone e piastrelle dei tavoli fuori che si sollevavano e quindi pericolose.Peccato perché il contesto è bello,piscina e animazione sono stati ben organizzati e la zona in cui si trova permette visite interessanti.

La struttura è poco curata esternamente (pavimentazione e tavolo rotti) ed internamente : i sanitari vecchi e poco funzionanti (soprattutto lo scarico del water), la cucina poco agevole (fornelli vecchissimi e piccoli) e mancante di molte stoviglie, materassi usurati. La camera nel sottotetto molto calda. Il contesto in cui è inserita la struttura, però, è molto verde e offre l'opportunità di stare nel silenzio. Le piscine sono molto curate e il prato è spazioso ; l'animazione molto coinvolgente.

Appartamento comodo per visitare la toscana si trova a circa 1 ora dalle spiaggie piu' belle, ci siamo trovati bene il personale e' gentile, le note negative sono state i letti! ormai hanno finito il loro percorso, i 2 lettini delle bambine sono stati rattoppati con delle assi sotto i materssi, mentre nel materasso matrimoniale c'e un grosso buco, altro grosso problema la porta principale, la notte non si poteva chiudere dall'interno perche' rotta si puo chiudere solo dall'esterno, abbiamo dormito una settimana chiudendo la porta finestra.

Zentral gelegen aber ohne Komfort

Wir hatten ein Apartement gebucht und bekamen eine dreckige Bruchbude ohne Klimaanlage (bei rund 36 grad). Nach einer Beschwerde bei der Rezeption bekamen wir ein schöneres Appartment mit Klimaanlage für 200 € Aufpreis. Sauberkeit scheint da allgemein nicht so wichtig zu sein. Hotelteam ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einige sprechen hervorragend englisch. Man braucht zum Strand und zu diversen Restaurants nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Allgemein würde ich das Apartement (Hotel kann ich nicht bewerten ) nur empfehlen wenn man was zum schlafen sucht. Für alles weitere wie bequeme Betten, einwandfreie Einrichtung, saubere Böden und Bäder oder bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten für draußen kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

La struttura immersa nella campagna e'molto ben organizzata pulita e ben curata. Avendo soggiornato in un casale l'unica osservazione negativa da segnalare sono i bagni vecchi. Le condizioni generali dell'immobile sono buone.

Comodità di un alloggio e libertà di un campeggio

Con mia moglie abbiamo deciso di portare i nostri 2 nipotini al mare ancora una settimana e abbiamo scelto sul WEB un alloggio ai "I Casali" di Principina Terra. Abbiamo trovato un alloggio immerso nel verde decoroso e pulito con un piccolo soggiorno al piano terra e una ampia camera al primo piano. La struttura è molto estesa e dotata di campi da tennis, beach volley e 4 piscine (2 per adulti e 2 x bambini) Abbiamo incontrato personale gentile e disponibile. I miei nipotini sono stati molto soddisfatti.

Gradevole location tra il mare e la città

Una settimana a fine giugno in uno degli appartamenti dei Casali, con la prima botta di caldo dell'estate. Purtroppo avevamo prenotato un appartamento non provvisto di aria condizionata, che in estate è assolutamente necessaria. I primi due-tre giorni sono stati vivibili, poi il caldo si è fatto sentire (34-35°C) ed abbiamo un poco sofferto.... La prossima volta prenoto un appartamento con aria condizionata! In ogni caso ci siamo goduti il mare di Marina di Grosseto e Principina a Mare, le piscine della fattoria, abbiamo visitato Castiglione della Pescaia e Grosseto.
