The automated check-in and check out was new for us, but it worked out incredibly well with no issues. "The location couldn’t be much better for the Christmas Market. The beds were very hard. And the shower was very tight. But the back balcony was very nice. Included a couple bottles of water which was nice to arrive with. Only issues were the bedroom I had, the ceiling fan was broken. And the actual Hotel was next door to the address listed which led to some confusion when we got there. But overall, it was a very nice stay."
