"Service of all staff was Excellent. However, a few items from previous guest were found in our room, so housekeeping needs to be more attentive. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the amenities were exceptional. We were in need of paper plates and plastic ware and they provided REAL silverware. Will definitely stay again if Im in the area."

"Was notified by the property owner that the property was no longer available as we landed in Chicago. All correspondence with the property manager after booking the listing seemed shady, and my doubts were ultimately confirmed when we received notification at the very last minute saying that the listing was not available (while offering another property a considerable distance away on the 5600 block of N Kimball). Do yourself a favor- DO NOT TRUST THIS LISTING!!!"
