Best place in the Alps
This was our favorite place to stay in Austria. So much hospitality, with delicious dinner and an amazing breakfast spread included! Wow, and all of this is without even including the 360 degree majestic views of the Alps. We plan to return for at least a week!

Family friendly hotel
The location of this hotel is great. It's settled beautifully amongst mountains with horses and cows in the meadow in front. Sits evenly between Eagles Nest and Salzburg. The only one downside was the beds are very hard.

Einfach nur toll!
Ein wunderbares Hotel mit tollem Ausblick.Das Zimmer was wir hatten war absolut Klasse, groß ,gemütlich eingerichtet ,sauber und ein großer Balkon mit Aussict auf die Berge.Das Frühstück kann man in der oberen Kategorie einordnen,sehr gute Qualität und es fehlt nix., selbst der Sekt ist, verfügbar/ kalt gestellt.Das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

Charmant hotel en niet te groot
Hotel gunstig gelegen. Niet te groot. Kamers mooi en ruim. Voltallig personeel zeer vriendelijk. Goed en gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet. Avondmenu (verschillende gangen) zeer verzorgd en lekker !

Das Hotel befindet sich an der Skipiste, diese ist zu Fuß nach 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Ideal zum Skifahren. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und höflich. Frühstück und Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es war sehr abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich auch sehr gut.Der Wellnessbereich ist ganz toll angelegt und lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet,sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur wünschen kann.

Very nice hotel with very nice Staf. The relax departement was very nice. Good food (I'm afraid...;)) we really enjoyed our stay at Kristall and we have no doubts, what so ever, to go back again. Acctually planning for it but this time with my husband.

Great location and service
We really enjoyed our two days at Hotel Kristall. Despite last minute booking and late arrival the same day we recived dinner (we had the half board pakage). Friendly service and ideal location for various trips in the area. The food was good. Really good morning buffet with a large selection of breakfast items. The dinner in the evenings was of fine quality. Out side the hotel there was a great playground and our kids especially enjoyed the rabbits whicg they played a lot with.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel für Sommer und Winter
Es ist ein familiär geführtes 4 Sterne Hotel, dass seinen Sternen wirklich gerecht wird. Alles top, kleiner schicker Wellnessbereich, schöne Zimmer, kleiner Spielplatz mit Streichelzoo, sehr sauber und unheimlich freundliches Personal. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Panorama-Seilbahn ca. 800m, Ortsmitte ca. 1,3 km. Auf jeden Fall mit Halbpension buchen - der Koch ist schon fast sternetauglich. Abends gibt es immer mehrere Vorspeisen, zusätzlich Salat-Büffet, Menüauswahl und sehr leckere und dekorative Desserts. Besser geht's nimmer! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut komplett. Sehr sehr gut - bitte so weitermachen. Wir waren Anfang Sept. 2016 dort und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Tolles Hotel in super Lage
Das familiengeführte Hotel hat zu Recht seine Sterne. Eine wunderschöne Landschaft und die freundliche Bevölkerung runden das durchgehend positive Bild ab. Die Saunen nebst Ruheräume sind sehr gepflegt und lassen keine Wünsche offen.
