"We had a great view from our Mountain View room. Breakfast was included and was a range of cereal, bread and pastries and you could make your own hard boiled eggs. It was self check in and self check out which was easy to complete. The restaurant on site served delicious flat breads and there was a great view from the terrace. Hotel is on the bus route to the station for Pontrescina and also Samedan. Our only confusion was the curtains or blinds for the room as we seemed to have a net curtain but nothing else. As we needed to get up early it didn’t bother us for the 2 nights we stayed."

"The location of this Terra Hotel right next to the Bernina train station in Tirano is unbeatable. The hotel is new, spaciuos and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and attentive service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirano!"

"Beautiful property, great breakfast and happy hour, very nice rooms and great pools and spa areas. Would be nice to have water to drink more available outside in the pool areas. I only saw hot tea. I brought my own water bottle. Also, tissues in the rooms would be nice so I would not have to use toilet paper, and refill the shower jel daily. We got only one tub for two nights and after two showers that was gone. I am sure you would have sent one up if I called but I would think it would be refilled daily . Also, wine glasses or two glasses that are not paper to have wine in at night. You provide a corkscrew but it is not good to drink wine from a small paper cup. Overall a wonderful experience and awesome spa! Loved our two days there. Just relaxed and enjoyed the spa areas and pools."
