We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. "Super nettes Personal, viel Liebe zum Detail und einfach ein schönes Hotel. Alle haben sich Mega nett um uns gekümmert, das Frühstück war super lecker und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Betten gemütlich. Lediglich für die Dusche wäre eine Trennwand gut und ein paar Haare von den Gästen davor haben wir leider gefunden. Ansonsten alles top! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "
