"Perfect for a stayover"

We received excellent service and the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming. Note if you stay during the warmer season: There’s no AC in the room or ventilation in the bathrooms. "Wonderful staff! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. The castle was decked out for Christmas and it looked lovely! We really enjoyed looking around the castle and our room was lovely. "

"Nice balcony, which I couldn't use because smoking was apparently allowed and the cigarette smoke spread to my balcony and into the room when my neighbor smoked on his balcony! Strange that, in 2025, smoking is still allowed in the hotel."
