Beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff. We’re only 1 night to enjoy the late afternoon tour and the beautiful view for dinner. Unfortunately the dinner reservation in advance forgot to ensure a better table for our anniversary.
But mistakes happen. The overall was fantastic

Beautiful centuries-old ceilings in modern spacious rooms. The newly renovated rooms and common area are clean, bright and cool. Centrally located next to main roads and tourist neighbourhood - this is a great stay in Palermo. Valentina and Michelle were very helpful with check-in, valet parking coordination and restaurant recos. We opted for breakfast which was provided in a new nearby cafe. You can walk to the famous Via Emanuelle for evening strolls amongst the nightlife, or explore nearby chapels and markets in the day. The famous cannoli monestary is about 25 metres away on the same street.

"I chose this hotel primarily because of the location. The room was extremely small. I hardly could open my suitcase. The bed was relatively comfortable. The AC was blowing to my head.(not the best position for it.) At some point, there was an electricity outrage so there was no even water(!) to take ..."
