Property has lots of deferred maintenance issues .The location is Good if you like the beach and quiet but you have to go to Palermo for any sightseeing, shopping and dinning. Taxi is expensive around $100 euro unless you take the train.

It was located on the 1st floor, very small and dated, with minimal natural light due to the wall immediately outside the window. The bathroom was unclean and dated.
