"Hot breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Lobby was quite lovely and very comfortable. Did not use the hot tub or pool but other guests commented that they were pleased. An unpleasant surprise: 1 $25 "Upsell Early check in" After traveling from Bhm Alabama to Newton and arriving only 2 hours prior to check in time, this was an unpleasant surprise on our bill 2 Although not requiring any maid service, charged $4/day "service fees" These are cheesy methods for owner to make a few extra dollars "

"The tub in the room didn’t drain and there was hair in it. I stepped on an industrial staple on the ground of my room ,which sent me to urgent care. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived I had to pay extra for a pet friendly room for my service dog, after the desk person said I needed to provide documentation for my service dog, which is illegal. There was something all over the walls around the sink. The extra top safety lock didn’t exist - like it was pulled off the door. "
