"Taking the ferry to Grimsey is an intentional choice, so not a many travelers to Iceland will get over to the island. The hosts for this lodging were great, providing lots of info to help us make the most of our time on the island. The Guesthouse was plenty comfortable and the bonus was they also had a breakfast area, with some basics - the breads were wonderful! We took advantage of the offered refrigerator space, also. If we ever come back to Grimsey, we will be glad to stay with the Básar...
