"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out.
Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. "It is actually a nice property but its attitude to guests is off the mark. The check-in instructions are complicated and officious. The door entry system is weird and puts you at the mercy of your phone's battery. They don't let you control the heating and warn against using too much hot water. They would charge you for the air you breath if only they could measure it. It feels like they would be happier if no-one stayed there. Perhaps the place is managed by Basil Fawlty?"
