"Room in need of a refresh. Toilet and hot water not reliable. Heated pool lacked heat two options for hot tub, too hot and lukewarm. Pub food adequate but like the pool lacked heat."

"I was in town to say goodbye to a long time friend. I found the hotel to be dirty from the entrance to the room. I took many photos of how dirty my room was. The bed was on the floor (no legs) the skirt for the bed was hanging on the floor and mine was clearly filthy. Dirty handprints in numerous places on the walls. Bedside lamps covered in smudges and dirty finger prints . The hallways leading to the rooms were clearly in need of a vacuum. For the price we paid I was very very disappointed."
