"This place is next level. Bath robes and sandals. Heaven. Just reading the amenities list sounds like a mini theme park. And it delivers!!! The pools are by far the best attraction in the summer. Indoor or outdoor, you can take your pick. But so tranquil and relaxing. And a pool that has a cave with a jacuzzi on top is not over exaggerating. The meals are fantastic as well. "Great stay!"

"Great staff and great breakfast"

"A lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. Easy parking with big parking space in front of hotel. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. "Sehr nette und kompetente Belegschaft. Super Location und atemberaubender Ausblick. "

"Staff were welcoming and helpful with information on hiking and dining in and around Oberstdorf. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice private balcony. Breakfast was tasty and extensive. All in all a great hotel in a great quiet location just outside of the town center but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants."

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The location and the service provided by the hotel staff are really amazing and above my expectations Every thing is greats."

"Very nice Hotel! "

"Location is beautiful and staff were very helpful. I would suggest a full lake view instead of a partial lake view. The breakfast and dinner were both amazing."

"Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist zu diesem Preis in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist gut und die Zimmer sind sauber. Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommendes Hotel und hatte früher sicherlich großen Charme."
