It is not modern, furniture and carpet is very old. Not all of the electric burners on the stove top worked. The door was hard to lock (it was raining to the moisture have have caused to door to expand). I called the front desk around 10 am on Saturday and it range for ever and went to voice mail. Finally someone picked up and hung up. I called at least 6 times before a person answered and they said, "We are closed", and hung up again. We paid to much for no service and sad conditions.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We hope to see you again and make it better. The water system is a tankless water heater. The water does have to run 10 to sometimes 20 minutes to reach the rooms. And when extra cold in the mornings.

This property is very old. Holes in the walls, carpet needs replacing. The room had a terrible odor that would not air out.

Remote issues
I was satisfied with my two night stay at PM. The price is fair and the location suits my needs. This was my 2nd time at PM in room 118. My only complaint is the volume on the TV remote does not work. I hope that is fixed for my next stay, which will be soon.

The original room was a handicapped accessible room which I did not need. The motel switched my room to one with a fridge and microwave that I needed. I was very grateful for the change at no extra cost. :-)

The inside will still open; when lock is pushed in, but unable to open from the outside. We will reach out to our staff and insure they have the proper attitude. We hope you stay with us again.

May I recommend if you have issues please advise management prior to staying more nights then originally booked, if you keep staying they don't think there is anything wrong with the room. It was nice and clean. However the smell of the sheets was sooo overwhelming! Instant headache and could hardly breathe cause the fabric softener was to strong! Overall a nice place to stay!

This place was filthy. The sheet were stained and dirty and had hair on them, there were missing lights in the bathroom, the shower was full of mold, there were only two shower hooks hanging curtain up. It smelled. Carpets were dirty everything about it was dirty. When we checked in the lobby smelled like dog, the man who helped us was barefooted. They wanted to charge a 100 a night. there was no way we were staying, we requested our money back and left.

It was good for a night with Kitchen, but bathroom was very small and you can't stand properly with shower on. Needs to correct the shower area.

No COFFEE. What the heck. I wont shower in that shower thinking I would come out dirtier than I went in. Stayed there instead of sleeping in my truck ay Grey Lodge. I guess it was some what better. Still slept in my clothes on top of comforter cause I was afraid to pull back the sheets. Do it again. Maybe depending if I was really tired. Next Time I will stay in Yuba city. Quack Quack.. At least have Coffee..

We currently do not have coffee in rooms but its available in office in the morning but sorry not at 3am when leaving for hunting. Not sure what room you stayed in can always request to see if a new remodeled room is available when making reservations. Only reopened a few years ago and still remodeling this older motel.

Small hotel with good price
Near Greylodge waterfowl hunting area. Pet friendly. Family style room with 2 queen beds was nice. Will stay there again if hunting nearby.

Good location for fishing, but is a rough place.
It badly needs to be updated and remodeled. The yard is awful. Covered in old dog doo and the flies are heavy because of it.

Convenient off 99 Hwy
This motel is conveniently off the 99 Hwy. Places to eat are within a short driving distance since the motel is located at the entrance of Gridley if you're heading northbound. It's a decent place to rest at before continuing your journey. We stayed for 2 nights and this was the only place out of a dozen that I've been to that didn't make the bed.

Room was not very clean. Pan full of old rotten browny found in oven. Kitchen and bathroom were very dirty. Strong old carpet smell. Prepaid through Orbitz but was charged additional fees that were not mentioned on the website. Satellite TV wasn't working. Very disappointed overall.

When guests use foul language and threaten maid and desk clerk due to their friends losing room key and missing items, yes you'll be asked to leave and charged for this. If you rent for others be aware of their actions will reflect on you.

This place was really bad. Roaches on floor. Dead. Dead because I stepped on one sccidentally. But there were many. I was worried all night about what was inthe bed. It was disappointingly Gross.

Sorry this happened during your stay. We do have a pest company that treats the rooms monthly. Due to the heat we have been seeing more bugs and are trying to get the problem under control, we are mainly finding dead ones and cleaning motel asap. We have notified that pest control company and they have retreated the room you were staying in and they explained to us about the heat and how they are having issues at many of their clients.

a good place to stay
Overall room was a little old and worn but very spacious and the bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable . The staff was very nice and made us feel right at home .. I will definitely stay there again and gave no problem recommending it to friends

DISGUSTING
This was the filthiest room I've ever booked. Dirty sheets with hair and wrinkles from someone els's stay, mold and dead ants in bathroom, duct tape to fix torn carpet, and I could go on. I couldn't stay in such a filthy room and I suggest you don't either. I wasn't given a refund when I requested it.
