"Had the most amazing stay at our time at the beautiful hotel. Our room was so clean and big and had a wonderful balcony. The staff are all so incredibly welcoming and Tiago who picked us up from the station was so nice. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zermatt - Ps the hotel is in a fantastic location just a 5 minute walk into town. "

"We were exceptionally happy with our stay at Hotel Daniela. The room was a clean and comfortable blend of new renovation/modern amenities and Swiss charm. The spa was beautiful and well-appointed. Phenomenal breakfast with friendly servers. Great location that is a short walk to the city center and train station (though transit is provided by the hotel). Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again on our next trip to Zermatt."

The only thing that was less than we wanted was the laundry facility which was very small and didn't dry fast enough. But the staff again was very accommodating to our needs, so this really isn't a complaint. It's just a comment."
