It is a very well located hotel and the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is going through some works so there was a smell of paint that if I'd known I would have chosen a different hotel. The towels available in the bathroom are not enough as they only provide 2 small bath towels in a double room, it should have 2 hand towels as well.
Please tell your cleaning staff that it's totally unacceptable to open a guest's door before the checkout time (11am), *especially if* the guest has a "do not disturb" placard hung outside!
The onsite parking was good, but you need to inform guests where to park *before they arrive*, otherwise they'll have to find somewhere else to park while they check in - and in this area, this is almost impossible.
This Ibis is a perfectly nice/acceptable hotel, though nothing special. It is a good value and located in an area of Grenoble which is within 15 min walking to many of the Grenoble attractions. Breakfast was very nice.
This hotel will stay on my top 5 best hotels. We stayed at top floor 9 and the view was fantastic. We spent most our time looking at the mountains. My friends wants to visit this hotel after my recommendation. I will be back next week!

Perfect location.
Friendly staff.
Fast check in & check out.
Old property.
Old Air conditioner. ( my room was a little cold)
Parking was too complicated and off-site. Elevator sometimes did not work. Only one outlet for electronic devices in the room. Terrible view onto a back alley from the only window in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone other than a traveling student.
There were no instructions about how to find the reception for the property. I found a sign and a lobby with an elevator... no sign to say reception was upstairs in level 1. There were works (painting I think) being done so dirty and broken papers were spread all over the floor and the lift would regularly be out of order. Staff were not very friendly, I waited for them to finish their conversation before they acknowledged me. Not very helpful and the room was very small and dated.

"Let's the music"... quoi ? Play ?
