My only complaints are that it was hard to find - signage poor, parking carried an unexpected charge of 17€ and there was an additional, unexpected refundable deposit of 100€ on top of the room. "Ferry 3 hours late docking so couldn’t make it to hotel before reception closed. Phoned them. They gave me a code for lock box to get our key. Gave me an after hours number in case of emergency. Got there and room was so warm and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom spotless. Breakfast next morning was delicious and great value for money. "

"The staff members were very friendly and accommodating for my two cats and it wasn’t expensive to pay for them (24 euros for two cats). The hotel room was clean and minimalistic but had a high attention to detail. We were a bit worried about bed bugs from the news and social media so when we checked the bed we were comforted to see that the hotel took precautions for guests by triple layering the mattress with mattress covers. All in all a stress free stay"
