This was obviously an older building but was updated beautifully! The employees were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and spacious. Definitely will stay again.

The property is under major renovation, which was not mentioned when I booked this room!! I believe I’m one of the few “guests” not part of the construction crew?! Also, my room is covered in Sheetrock dust & I requested that it be vacuumed. But by 8pm I gave up, I was too tired to deal with waiting any longer. The atrium is extremely loud when guests are checking in or walking through talking. Very disappointed in this situation, as the property is really a historic gem.
