"Sorry but this is how feel, you do not have to post this. When we returned Saturday afternoon, room 326 had not been cleaned, and I had to go downstairs to request towels and trash bags. The front desk said the room should have been cleaned as long as we did not have a notice on the door, which we did not. This was unacceptable and very disappointing. Mr. Taylor wanted to take a hot bath, but because the bathroom was not clean, he was unable to do so. In addition, we were charged for the room despite its condition, and I do not believe we should have to pay full price under these circumstances. Other than that, everything else was excellent, including the breakfast, staff, and parking."

"I forgot my slippers so use bath mat to walk on floor. The room was spotless clean. Bed was comfortable. Its old style property but well maintained . My only issue was a chair just looked worn. Faded to the point I didn't want to sit in it. TV table were old school but that was fine.. caught a fair price for a very clean room."

"Even though it was a small city, the facilities at the Holiday Inn were excellent and reasonably priced. The staff who welcomed me were very kind and always smiling, and they gave me detailed information about what I needed, especially regarding visiting the beach. They made me feel so comfortable, as if I had been staying at this hotel for a long time. Although I was a bit disappointed that breakfast was not included, all the facilities were clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly, so I was very satisfied with my stay. If I come back to this place again, I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn."
