I have never seen a hotel as dirty as this one. I paid for a room, but I was given a different one. The bed was full of hair, and there were orange peels and dust everywhere in the room. Les Suites Hotel Ottawa
The property location is great, rooms are spacious but needs better cleaning. Being a 4 star hotel, they should use quality products in terms of toiletries.
