One King West Hotel & Residence
Room was spacious and clean, staff were extremely helpful, loved the amenities. Also loved that they provided a number to text if/when requesting additional items for our room. Highly recommend!

Panorama Suites Downtown Toronto
Checked in and noticed dark black hairs on all the sheets and pillows- even the extra sheets that were in the closet had hair on them. We also noticed an eyelash extension stuck to the blanket.
