It met our need of a place to bathe and sleep

Halls to rooms needed a thorough cleaning. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathtub drain is rusty. Shampoo and soap containers were mostly empty. The room rate was extremely above the usual rate due to a business market.

It’s was close to restaurant and for what I paid it was worth the price. The only problem was the elevator didn’t work and the ice machine on our floor was broke.

The people were great The room was mostly clean Workout facility was poor and missing equipment The breakfast was non existent Fire alarms needed batteries and cherping Lights out ( safety concerns) Almost sure they never cleaned the floor. In general it was a place to.put my stuff

Ok for a 1-night stay

You get what you pay for. Photos look much better than reality. Our non-smoking smelled like smoke, sink faucet didn’t work, phone didn’t work, you could hear everything going on outside, and the room had been touched up with the wrong color paint in various spots (quite a sight). But the beds were comfortable and clean, the tv was good, and the a/c worked.

Get what you pay for.

The front desk staff were awesome. The room however, not so much. Smelled of mildew, carpets were dirty (walked out of shower and by the time I got to side of bed my feet were dirty) carpet was damn on entry. Tub was stained, no stopper in tub or sink. Was a inexpensive stay but expected more from the brand.

Location not updated and some exterior doors did not close properly or securely. Staff was pleasant and provided good support and info on the area. Carpet it hall better. The room carpet was worn and tattered. Bedding and bath were clean. A mix of conditions. Recently it seems it was taken over by the new owners.

Decent hotel in a bad Neighborhood.

The interior is the hotel was mostly clean, no bad smells and clean linens. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. The exterior was old, in poor condition and very sketchy area of town. First the paint was peeling and the stairs were uneven and unstable. The grass was a foot tal around the building. There were drunk men and other “interesting” characters in the parking lot and on the side street all hours of the night. Prostitutes were common in the area. I wools do downtime lock doors at night!

Lock Nightmare

For the price I paid, the facility was not to bad the bed was very comfortable. The problem I had was with my door lock. I kept having to get my room rekeyed and on my third night I ended up spending the night in another room after attempting to get into my room until 12am, very inconvenient and tiring. I was assured the lock would be fixed before I returned for my last night and it was not. Maintenance had to come let me into my room for the last night

Hard pass

"Let's put some lipstick on this pig and see if it dances." Yeah, stay away from this place. While the lobby has been updated and looks fairly modern, our room was a different story. We quickly checked in and headed right out to a concert. We arrived back at our room late and discovered there was no hot water. The furniture in the room was pretty beat up and the bathroom was gross. There was tape covering outlets and switches. In the morning, we could see daylight around the door and realized the deadlock didn't work properly. We still didn't have hot water. Couldn't get out there soon enough.

No No No!

First of off, the pictures make this property look completely different than what it was. I'll start by saying the front office staff was great! No complaints during check-in or check-out. The hotel is located in a cluster of hotels. All the other hotels are actual hotels but this one is a motel. When I got to my room, I remembered the picture I saw on here and said to myself "where is that at"? The headboard on the beds are the same, that's about it. Speaking of beds, the headboard wasn't even connected to the bed and the bed kept rolling away. There were stains on the comforter. Thankfully, I always bring my own sheets and pillow cases. One look at the bathroom and I knew I was not going to shower there. But that's not all. Five minutes in my room and suddenly I hear what appeared to be a fight right outside. The door and walls are so thin, you can hear everything. My 15 year old son was scared. Next thing we know, the police was there. I'm like oh my goodness gracious. Apparently, that was settled but about an hour or two later, we hear fire trucks approaching. Sure enough, they were coming to the motel. Not sure what happened, they left shortly after. After the event we attended, we returned at about 11pm. As I tried to get comfortable, my son informed me he wasn't going to sleep that night because he was scared. At that time, we packed up and checked out at midnight! I tried contacting Hotels.com to help but the response I received was unacceptable.
