Excellent service, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was updated, clean and included amenities that allowed me to eat some meals in the room! When I wanted to go out to eat or shop there were so many options nearby!

I stayed at this hotel and I didn’t do proper research. It’s not the usual and they are an extended stay entity. The normal amenities aren’t given like change of towels, hair dryer, iron or iron board. Outside all that, when I went on the location the entire place smelt of smoke and marijuana. I had to clean the entire room, AC filters, carpet and air in the room. The smell is potent. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a great fit to my stay. If you keep in mind this isn’t the normal hotel stay and can look pass the smell then you can stay there.

The renovations are nice. Cleanliness was decent. However a mouse Trap behind the toilet indicates a pest problem. None seen during my stay though. The only other issue was a lot of shady activity at night going on. Wouldn’t recommend if traveling with small children.

Room was clean to the eye. I had to go over it myself. Bed was uncomfortable but manageable and the roaches were mainly in the bathroom but saw some in the kitchen. I couldn’t unpack because of it so I kept the majority of my things in my car. Customer service/front desk was good.

The staff is super helpful and very professional! The rooms are very nice, clean, and bug free!! There's also lots of restaurants and shops close by. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in an extended stay Hotel!!

I just wanted to be able to shower when I got off work that took three days to do but it finally happened and thanks to InTown Suites for telling me that the hot water being out for four days was something they couldn't control so I WILL NOT BE LAYING MY HEAD IN AN INTOWN SUITES AGAIN
