If you guys are going to upcharge due to other things happening then your room qualities should match that. Comforter had burn holes all throughout, towels were dirty, carpet and ac smelled like old smoke, and someone should be at the front desk at all times. Iā€™m not gonna lie I really was afraid to touch stuff in there. Really thought that I could stick it out.
