"The hotel is lovely. By their own admission the owners have a notice saying excuse us whilst we renovate. The lodge was fine, we didn’t really notice it wanted much done. The car park was plenty, the room was spacious and comfy. Great views out the back. Convenient for the area, we really liked it. "

"Very nice place. Furniture was very nice and looked antique. Location was okay but you were limited on where you could go, if you weren't a "member" of the docks. Not really a place for "normal" people more for elite class that doesn't mind dropping big buks for the amenities. Might stay again for a special anniversary or birthday. Otherwise too expensive for my taste. "

"Beautiful property! View was awesome, nice beach with chairs. The room could use some updating, stove top was broken so our morning coffee was delayed as the burner was very slow to heat the water for our French press we travel with. The view from our room was peaceful however the barbecue area was in direct view and there was always garbage piled up and was not pleasant to see. Overall great stay! "
