Stayed at Knockderry House several times and again this time April 23 it was as fab as ever. Love this hotel. Beautiful location. Absolutely stunning food. Lovely staff. Lovely room. Cant fault it. Cant wait to return again.

Superb luxury hotel .. right on the Loch yet 20 miles or so from Glasgow . Very top end spot yet totally unpretentious . Lots of restaurants and bars , great well appointed room and a common theme of professional staff in all areas of the hotel . Our room was very nice, well appointed with good storage and en-suite and we had a nice Loch view . The staff were friendly, with one lovely ginger boy telling us lots of stories about the hotel and its origins, and one tall waiter finding us a seat looking onto the arena despite those tables all being reserved (sorry that I forgot the actual names!) The lodge was cosy, clean, well equipped and also wheelchair accessible which we thought was a nice touch. The food was amazing.. The hotel has beautiful scenic views and gorgeous interior. The staff at this hotel could not have been more welcoming, starting with reception, to house keeping, to the staff at the spa/pool and lastly but not least the restaurant staff. I did, however, have one negative experience which was that I passed out in the spa sauna - the high tempature and my low blood pressure were not a good mix. Generally very nice.

Perfect for an overnight to catch a flight early morning.

2 good nights sleep. Good size room. King sixe bed and matress zzzzzz. Both meals and breakfasts were great. The staff are very pleasant and polite. They actually look like they enjoy working there. This could be because it is an NHS run hospital so less stressful on the staff. The views are of the River Clyde. Both days we watched the last ocean going steam paddle ship sail past it is the best sight and sound.

A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.

Just few minutes to the central of Glasgow. Very convenient but the city is very dirty.

Exactly what we were looking for, would happily stay again very soon.

Lovely overnight stay. Room was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Meal in stylish bar was delicious and great value for money paid. All staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Renovations were on going but this did not detract from our visit. Right in the centre of Glasgow close to rhe railway station. Discounted car parking close by. Great location for a short break, we will return.

Staff were so nice and very helpful from time we arrived. Hotel had been recently upgraded and was lovely, very clean and fresh. Bed was a dream, so comfortable. Everything on doorstep. Shops and restaurants galore. Really enjoyed our stay.
