"The guy that checked me in was very friendly and very helpful. The room is pretty clean but there isn't even a lamp on the table to turn on and off next to the bed. There was kind of a bad smell in the room when I got here."

"Repeat visit celebrating our anniversary and Arrive once again did not disappoint! Fantastic location downtown Wilmington and within walking distance of the best shopping and dining. We once again used the bar/ restaurant and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The valet service is convenient and fast with as many in and outs as one desires. We will be back!"

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They accommodate to an issue we had and took care of it right away. The hotel is beautiful, the view of the river walk was to die for. The hotel has different locations to exit and enter the building making it easier to get to the river walk and parking lot. There is not one bad thing I can say about this hotel. I’ll definitely be back to Wilmington and will sure be booking with them again. Highly recommend staying here for leisure or business."
"Great service, people, location and overall experience! The room itself could use some TLC. Also, to order from the Concorde, you have to walk to the register. It would be awesome to have a QR code for the room to order. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back!"
"We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several lights were out. We will stay again. "
