"Hotel smells like Indian spices. Broken Amenities. In the breakfast menu Entrée are kept behind the shelf and there is a lady who remains hidden in the kitchen and comes out once in a while to ask if anyone needs anything. Bad tasting coffee. It still somehow manages to get good ratings on Expedia. But how? I would have never chosen this hotel if it matches to its actual rating which should be no more than 5. But somehow it has a rating of 7.8"

"There is no clock in the room. There is no microwave in the room. No breakfast buffet. My room had a coffeemaker, but others in my group did not., and hot drinks are not available in the lobby. The TV remote was difficult to use. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned, but was quickly given a different room."

The only complaint is by booking thru Hotels.com it was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with the property thru ANY NUMBERS for Hyatt’s the Hotel directly to advise of a late night checkin. I was terrified that my room would be given up due to my late arrival and there was NO WAY to speak to anyone . "
