You dont get what you ordered.
We reserved a room with two queen beds because we had four people. We got a king with a pull out couch. The couch was very uncomfortable and caused back problems foe those that slept on it. We asked for what we had reserved and they said they were booked all weekend. Regardless we ordered a room with two queens and dis not get it. We were also not notified they disnt have it. They gave the room to someone else which is wrong because we reserved that room for a specific reason.

My stay was great. Everything I needed. The pool and hot tub were a little green. I was disappointed about not being able to sit in the hot tub after a long day.

Paid for a king suite and they gave me a standard queen. Very frustrating. Basically they sold it twice, and said I’d have to get my money back from Travelocity. Guessing they do this regularly and then just capture the money themselves. The manager blamed Travelocity.

Excellent customer service. The hot tub/pool area were clean and the water was hot. They have tea, coffee, and hot chocolate always out for guests.

Loud, dingy and reservation changed WO my knowledg
Upon arrival I found my room had been changed from king to queen bed. At 6-6, I sleep somewhat diagonally to keep my feet from hanging off the end and that leaves little room for my wife in any bed smaller than king. The room was noisy too. Could hear anyone talking in hallway. The room was over the drive through entry and the blinds didn’t cover the bright lights over the drive through and due to rain a number of loud bikes were parked underneath and the sound was magnified into my room. The hotel just looks tired inside. Not up to usual standards of Hampton. Not a good experience. Loud, dingy, bright lights and screwed up booking! The purpose of a reservation is to hold a room! I would have gone to another hotel but there were no nearby alternatives available.
