Kefalos very natural and relaxing
Lovely hotel on top of the rocks overlooking Kefalos staff very helpful especially drivers who for ten euros drive you into village to enjoy the many local tavernas which are very reasonable

A good stay, but could have been better!
We had a junior suite with a pool which was a lovely room, but not perfect. I would have expected the bed to not be two singles tied together, but we slept well nonetheless. The bathroom was fantastic and the private pool was great. Assuming you’re in good health, you shouldn’t have any worries walking down the path to the beach which is about a 5 min walk from the tennis courts. Going uphill is a fair bit harder. We did have a problem with our key card where on 3 separate occasions (across our 4 night trip) we couldn’t get into the room. Thankfully we’re relatively fit so the repeated hikes up to reception weren’t too problematic, but it definitely would have been an issue if we were older/less mobile. I think the main issue we had was that we didn't receive an apology. At the very least I would have expected someone to say ‘sorry, for the inconvenience’. Because having to walk up the hill to reception (3 times) is definitely an inconvenience. But on each occasion of getting a new key card there was neither an apology and definitely not a free glass of something! These things happen every now and again, but I would have expected to be shown more courtesy considering we were staying in one of the more expensive rooms.

Super amazing experience from stepping in to the hotel until checking out . All staff were friendly, delicious cuisine, attentive waitresses, lovely gym and the accommodation is just wow. The views are some of the bet I’ve seen globally. Special thanks to everyone . A must stay location with free transfer to village as well

This is our second stay at White Rock, and it is a splendid place. The view over the steep hillside to the offshore islet is the best part, if you get a room with a private patio. We were upgraded both times to a private pool patio, which is wonderful. The staff are mostly helpful, but there is a problem with few of them understanding English well, so sometimes messages not understood. In a windstorm, for two nights we had tremendously loud banging around and above our room that kept me awake, and no one would take seriously my complaint or do anything about it. The hotel is new, but does need some attention to infrastructure. And why have private, adults-only rooms with patios that have only chest-high divider walls, so everyone can look right over into your patio?? More privacy, please!

Very quiet resort, extremely hospital, great feeling of privacy at the suites. I recommend renting a car for your stay because the hotel is remote d from the beach and the shuttle and taxi is not really serving you in your stay. We found a short cut from the hill to the beach, which we used during the day 7 minutes to the supermarket & the beach. However, at night it was not useful, because it’s very dark there and we didn’t want to climb the hill in the dark. The food was very nice, the crew was very helpful and kind. Would love to return!

Absolutely dreamy - don’t hesitate, book!
We travelled around Kos and the surrounding islands for the first week and decided to take a chance on this new hotel. BEST DECISION EVER. We were in a room with ith the jetted tub and it was absolutely gorgeous - the views took your breath away. The hotel staff were always so kind and helpful - a really wonderful team that you could tell all worked together well as a family. The hotel is beautiful and the food is of a really high quality. The only downside is you definitely would need to hire a car for some of your stay as it is up a big hill and it would make life a lot easier to get to surrounding beaches and towns. The hotel also do free daily transfers. The local car hire is really well priced and good quality too. Overall we had the most relaxing and beautiful three days here and would love to come again.

Enjoyable stay at the White Rock!
The White Rock is by far the plushest hotel in the Kefalos area. It is still relativly new (only opened this season), so there are a couple of teething problems, but nothing the staff would not be more than happy to help with. Pool is great and the staff are utterly wonderful. All very friendly and more than happy to help. Rooms are great and the views are fantastic. The hotel is located on the side of a cliff, and thus it is not possible to walk to Kamari or Kefalos, which are the nearest towns. A free shuttle bus runs too and from these areas, but it would be a massive improvement to increase the frequency of these, particularly as there are very limited taxi options in the area. Both me and my girlfriend agreed that the menu in the hotel restaurant is great, but as it is more expensive than the local town options, the food somewhat fails to live up to expectation. The hotel bar however, is excellent! Wide cariety of drinks, with well informed and attentive staff.

Brand new and already impressive!
Wasn’t so sure when booking as the hotel was new in May 2018 and did not have many reviews yet. Took the chance and very pleased we did as we got a very modern, clean and peaceful hotel. All rooms seem to be huge and have great views. The pool was never too busy to get beds and has a build in Jacuzzi. ‘George’ (I’m sure there is a Greek spelling) the barman made us feel very welcome and recommended some great drinks. Also there were two girls serving breakfast every morning who were always very happy to see us. An impresssive hotel perfect for couples with good food on site and near Kefalos for beach or off site restaurants. Hire Car is recommended/cheap but there is also a hotel shuttle (we didn’t use this as we had a car). Free parking on site too.

Get pampered in Kos
After a long day traveling around the island it was great to get to the hotel and be pampered. The owner took a true interest in us and did everything he could to make it special for us.

Tolles Hotel mit super Aussicht. Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig mit Pool oder Whirlpool. Personal freundlich aber könnte vor allem beim Frühstück deutlich aufmerksamer sein. Kaffee wird nur auf deutlicher nachfrage nachgeschenkt. Bestellte Eierspeisen werden gerne vergessen. Selbst nach dem 10. Frühstück fühlt man sich noch wie am ersten Tag. 🙁 Housekeeping kommt 2 mal am Tag. Beim 2. mal wird aber nur der Mülleimer geleert. Kein Abendservice/Abdeckservice oder ähnliches. Aber dass ist auch Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Auto ist zum Vorteil, aber es gibt einen kleinen Weg ab ins Dorf zu vielen Restaurants.

La camera n° 301 è una delle migliori per quanto riguarda la vista sulla baia di Kefalos e l'isola Kastri. Disponibile palestra attrezzata, piscina infiniti alla stanza e una piscina circa 40 m o 50 m anche lei infinity con viste stupende. La SPA piccola ma la massaggiatrice molto esperta ed è riuscita a "sistemarmi" la schiena. colazione a buffet greco/internazionale e i camerieri servono anche altro su richiesta come spremute, uova in tutte le modalità, ecc. Abbiamo mangiato solo una sera in albergo e il cibo era molto buono. Anche il ristorante gode di una vista spettacolare. Molto ben posizionato rispetto alle varie spiagge presenti in zona ( serve la macchina o altrimenti c'è il servizo di navetta a pagamento). Tutto il personale è stato cortese tutto il tempo. Molto raccomandato per la qualità, posizione, personale ed ambiente.

Sehr freundliches, natürliches Personal, welches stets aufmerksam u hilfreich war. Das Hotel ist hell u freundlich gestaltet. Man hat von überall einen traumhaften Blick auf den Golf. Egal ob Lobby, Restaurant oder Zimmer, die tolle Aussicht ist durch große Glasflächen stets möglich. Zu den Zimmer wird man mit Golfcarts gebracht oder geholt. Wir haben uns im White Rock of Kos sehr wohl gefült u kommen wieder .

Nice hotel pool, friendly staff but also not hotel guests can use pool, umbrella, sunbed and towels for free. No reason to book a room. Just go there take a drink at the bar and enjoy everything. Would not book expensive suite room with no view, and everybody can use the facility in the pool area, same as me, but for free. I don’t understand this concept.

- Traumhafte Aussicht - Anlage Sauber - Sehr Nettes Personal - schöne saubere Zimmer - Kostenloser Parkplatz - ruhig - saubere Frische Luft - Fenster sind benetzt mit einer Netz schiebe Tür. - Pool sauber - deutsch sprechendes Personal - entgegen kommend. - Erholung garantiert ! Kontra : Nespresso taps kosten 1€ wenn man mehr cafe trinken mag auf dem Zimmer zu Verfügung gestellte Nespresso Maschine. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet man ein kleines entgegen kommen. W.Z.b kostenloses Cafe auf Zimmer. - Frühstück fand ich nicht Abwechslungsreich Überwiegend das selbe... - es kam 2x vor das jemand Ohne Anklopfen ins Zimmer kam. Ansonsten war es Traumhaft.

Super schönes Hotel im Hang von Kefalos. Einzigartige Aussicht und tolle Anlage. Gut und ruhig gelegen aber da die Insel relativ klein ist, kommt man sehr schnell hin und her. Privatpool an der Suite oder der große Gemeinschaftspool, Fitness- und Wellnessbereich: alles was man braucht. Frühstücksbuffet war super lecker, sehr gute Auswahl. A la carte für Lunch oder Dinner war ok. Bei 5 Sternen hat man mehr erwartet, bei den Preisen auf der Speisekarte. Bisschen Luft nach oben ist also noch. Personal war super freundlich und man hat einen Shuttle Service übers Hotelgelände (im Golfcar). Kann man wärmstens empfehlen! Gerade die Suiten!

Sehr schöne Lage, tolle Zimmer mit kleinem Privatpool, super Badezimmer, sogar mit Doppeldusche, extra WC, Frühstücksbuffet gut bis sehr gut, nur der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt, abends toller Blick beim Essen aus Restaurant, Essen und Getränke, auch Wein, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches Personal, viele sprechen deutsch, man sollte Mietwagen haben, Shuttleservice ist nicht so gut, aber anders kommt man von dort nicht weg
