The property was in a great location, it was quiet, near lovely beaches and then just a 30 minute walk into Chania town. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and it was another plus that breakfast was included! The room itself was a good size, clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The best receptionist we have come across. Fotini has been very friendly and funny from the beginning, also very helpful and approachable, we loved her throughout our stay. Juli at breakfast was very friendly and always willing to bring a cup of almond milk for the cereals or coffee. Breakfast had lots to choose from, different varieties of food every day, great local home made sweet and savoury options. The lady in the kitchen Antonia was very friendly and we would like to thank her for the great cakes and everything she prepared for the tasty breakfast. We especially loved the sweet cinnamon rings. We love the quiet atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms were clean so thank you to housekeeping for that too. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and only about 20/30 walks to old town Chania. A fabulous stay.

The studio flat was spacious and comfortable, with a private terrace overlooking the sea, and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was a lovely buffet, offering greek and international, sweet and savoury, cold and hot. The swimming pool area was clean and inviting. You can find a few stores/supermarkets nearby, and the beach is less than 5 minutes' walk. There is a coastal path which takes you into town in about 30 minutes (I walked to the bus terminal from there). And Fotini welcomes everyone with her lovely smile and is always happy to share her local knowledge. I loved my stay.

Perfect location
We had a lovely stay. It was clean, the receptionist was super nice and late check in was easy. Location is ideal to explore the area and take a swim a few minutes down the road. Amazing home cooked breakfast with great variety!

The accommodation was absolutely spotless and the staff were excellent particularly the lady on reception who was always very helpful and always had a smile. We would certainly stay here again.

We only stayed for 4 nights, but would love to have stayed longer. Location, room size, facilities provided in the room were great, only issue was the shower room was a littke small. Must recommend Fotini and her colleague in the breakfast facility, truly so helpful, thank you so much. Any question, help where to go, they were so helpful. Made the hplisay so great. Would come back again if coming to crete.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach, and the centre of Chania is around a 20 minute walk along the beach path. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied and tasty. We had a late flight, check out time was 11, which was fine, we vacated the room, visited the beach again, and continued to use the pool area to relax for a few hours, with our luggage securely stored at the hotel. The staff were friendly, especially Fotini on the font desk. She was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. Given the cost of the hotel with breakfast, it was very good value for money, if we ever visit Crete again, we would certainly stop here.

Perfect stay in Crete !
Everything was great during our stay : super clean and comfortable rooms equipped with a very nice kitchenette, nice bathroom, on the balcony we had a rack to dry our clothes and towels , the breakfast (included) was varied and delicious, very good swimming pool and the staff was impeccable. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the nearby beach which was a bit rocky. However this may be a positive aspect for those who like to snorkel. There are many sandy beaches pretty close to the hotel ( 5-10 minutes by car, or a bit of a longer walk). A Good grocery store was 5 minutes walk from the hotel as well as many good restaurants. Chania is only a 15 minutes drive from the hotel and the traffic is not too bad. I would definitely return or recommend this hotel!

I absolutely loved my stay at Sea View. It was in a nice secluded area and it looked just as lovely as it did in the pictures. The receptionist were very nice and extremely helpful. The evening bartender Julie was exceptional and made delicious drinks! If I ever return to Greece, I will be back!

Bed is just *****. Never had such a comfy bed during travelling all over the world.Nice place. Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Clean, comfortable room and great breakfast. Highly recommended. Not far from Chania Town if you hire a car it's the best place to stay. Close to shops.

Best hotel in Chania
We were welcomed warmly by the receptionist katarina who told us about the services available in hotel, local attractions and guided us to the room and showed us around. Comfortable family room which was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The hotel was quiet during the night which was great when getting kids in bed. Breakfast was lovely, the only downside being that the waitress serving never smiled nor communicated with the guests nor was she approachable. Other than that, 5/5 stars for overall experience of staying at this hotel

We had a wonderful time in the Sea view hotel. The place is clean, spacious and the studio we had was very functionally decorated with a lovely Nordic design feel. We had a balcony with partial sea view and evening sun which we enjoyed very much. The hotel is in a very quiet area what we liked with just a short walk to the beach, to near by restaurants and to the bus station where you can visit Chania easily with tickets purchased in the hotel. Instead of taking the bus you can also walk to Chania at the beach what will take you 30 to 40 minutes. Staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly and provided us with tips and information and organised the Samaria gorge tour for us. Breakfast was continental, varied, generous and of excellent quality. What we can't understand is that this place has "only" two stars as it felt much more like a very comfortable, friendly, clean "three" star hotel.

Hotel in an ideal location to explore north and south west areas of Crete. Recommend access to Hire car. However, pleasant beach at bottom of road and easy 20 minute coastal walk to centre of Chania. Bus stops close by.

Amazing place. Everyone that works at the hotel were very friendly. The receptionist in the morning and afternoon were very helpful in suggesting places to go when we asked questions. Very clean facility 2 to 5 minute walk from the hotel to the beach. Nice swimming pool at the hotel with food service. Excellent breakfast included with your stay. Nice view from the room. You can see the beach and the sunrise.

A clean, modern hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool small but good with nice food and drinks served at the pool side at a fair price. Breakfast simple but fresh and homemade breads and cake.

Our stay at Sea view was amazing. They accommodated our late check in and check out wonderfully. The breakfast was delicious. Location was awesome- close to chania centre but also to other restaurants,beaches and things to do. The hotel was very clean. I have nothing negative to say about our stay here!

A lovely, modern hotel which was extremely clean and staffed with lovely people who were extremely helpful. Hotel is a little far out from the city centre, but there is a shortcut along the beach front which is lovely.

Great room in new building. Very clean, good internet connection, really great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. A little hike from town but bus available for 1.20 euros. Have hotel arrange taxi to/from airport or you can and will get hosed.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff(kept an email conversation before our holiday was about to start/also, we had a night flight so we received all the information regarding the check-in via email;all was good & smooth) Incredibly clean, rooms are very well kept, our studio had a great sea view; well equipped kitchenette;free parking space, good wifi. Pool was also really clean and nice! If we will ever come back to Crete, this hotel will surely be our no. 1 choice.

Really enjoyed the stay. Initially hard to find but perfect when found. Close to beaches - go about 2 or 3 coves West - 30 min walk to chania + good bus service + taxi E7.Staying again in sea view for 1 night before we fly home. Recommend
