Amazing location. Walkable from the port and very good restaurants In walking distance too. Problem was room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in. Very clean tho and the staff was helpful and apologetic about the wait. Beautiful pool we just chilled there.

The one star is for the swimming pool, nice and relaxing with a little bar. Everything else should be given a zero rating as staff does not have a clue how to run an hotel operations! Too many litlle things that made the stay not pleasant. We are a family of four, at check in she couldn't find the booking. I have asked to have a look at her list and my name was there with 2 people under the column adults and 2 people under the column children. Then we were taken to our bedroom that was in the basement. I believe this should be highlighted at the time of booking. We had 5 luggages, only 1 small bench to put it on and a small area to hang the clothes. We brought it to their attention two days in a row and they have done nothing about it, they said they should steal it from another bedroom?!you get out of bed and they are in your way! How they could possibly clean the floor? 2nd day we come back from the beach, not enough shsmpoo and soap, we had to go to reception to ask. Same on the 3rd day. Sink tap was blocked, when showering water was going averywhere and on the 2nd day not even a mat was left to dry! We went to reception and asked for it. No Place to dry your swimwear or beach towel! Breakfast, 1st day, no issues. One expect the same level on the following days but.. Day 2: cappuccino coming out from the machin with water, told her but she has not done snything, not even apologies. No eggs, she said they had a problem...I am wandering what it was to cook boiled eggs,

The room was not very clean when we arrived, there was an almond in our shower which was strange, also the fixtures in the bathroom were a tad rusty. The beds were very uncomfortable, but the service was excellent. The owner was so kind, and let us swim in the pool after we checked out and seemed genuinely interested in our experience. The entire staff was amazing and made our stay wonderful!

The tv did not work at all unfortunately. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and has left my partner and I sore, even days after leaving. We’ve stayed in many hotels the past couple of weeks and no beds were anywhere near as bad as these. The beds also came unmade. Clean linens, but we had to make the beds… The hotel also has a very odd policy of having to leave your room keys every time you leave the hotel- these include a key to the safe, therefore anyone has access even if you program it with a code. The ‘security’ of getting the keys back upon arriving back to the hotel was questionable. It would be very easy for someone to wait for a new person to be working and claim a key as their own, even if they aren’t staying at the hotel. The pool was also not clean, being cold was not a problem, but the water was green. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Our ferry was cancelled and we had no desire to return for our extra night in Paros.

Room was terrible and old.Tv not working and told us the whole island you cannot watch tv( not true) Pool was dirty and green water. Told us filter broke a few days back. We walked out and only positive was they said they will give us a 50% refund. I want a full refund from hotel.com as the place was unacceptable

The room was satisfactory however there was unsightly water damage to the wall separating the bedroom and bathroom. There was a problem with lock on our door, it was falling apart and on several occasions we had to get a staff member to open it and they also experienced difficulty with the key.

Arrived via ferry. 10 minute walk along the front and one road back from the beach. Check in was simple . Reasonably quiet area. Nice pool area and small pool bar. Basic but adequate breakfast, bread, toast, ham, cheese fruit, yoghurt honey and cake. Tea coffee machine. Room was basic but quaint, clean and had fresh linen and towels

The hotel was clean. It had a great pool. However, I was not satisfied with the service. I arrived at check in time and my room still wasn’t ready even after 3pm. The staff was not very helpful with information regarding transportation. The Wifi also did not work in the room that I was in (first floor).

Overall a pleasant stay
The room was spacious and the queen bed comfortable. The view from the balcony at the swimming pool was great. The only issue was the very poor internet connection. I do not recommend it if you want to do distance working from the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was superb.

Casual and comfortable beach hotel
We had a very nice time staying at the Polos hotel in Paros for part of our honeymoon. The accommodations were pleasant and comfortable though without any frills. The staff was also accommodating and genuinely warm, helping us with recommendations and arranging for a taxi. The pool and peaceful courtyard also contributed to the relaxed ambiance. Of looking for a beachy and casual place to stay, the Polos hotel won't disappoint.

Lovely staff, very polite and happy to assist with issues. Good location which is a nice stroll from the beach. Beach is at the end of the street and many places to eat and drink are nearby.

Perfect with a pool!
Polos Hotel was fantastic! Great location, 10 min walk to the main area of Parikia and the bus station/port. The pool area was perfect and the rooms had what you needed. Friendly staff.

Beautiful pool. Very relaxing
Comfortable walk to town. Right next to beach. There was a great little family restaurant that served amazing gyros right around the corner. The free transfers between the port and the hotel was the cherry on top. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Amazing pool, in the centre of town
We came to Paros at the end of September and got an incredible deal on the room.It was basically the cheapest room we could find in Paros. There were other places of similar cost but what sealed the deal were the pictures of the pool. When we arrived, we could see that the pictures did not lie. The pool area was amazing. Also, the staff were amazing, so friendly and happy and willing to talk to us, even though English was not their first language. Like I say, we booked the cheapest room but when we arrived they upgraded us to an economy room. The room we got was ok, but it was below street level so quite dark and the wifi did not work in the room -although around the pool, the wifi was super fast. I am not complaining, if you go for the cheapest room, you can not expect 5 star luxury, but the hotel did have some really nice looking rooms with balconies overlooking the pool. If you book,maybe you should consider the more expensive rooms. For us it was fine, as we never stay in our room much anyway.It all depends on what you want.

Great hotel in a good location in between the beach and town. There was a strike during our stay which meant we could not get the ferry we were supposed to get and they were so helpful. They drove us to the ferry office to talk to them, rang up our other hotel we had booked and just made the whole situation easy. Great hotel, amazing staff, would really recommend to anyone staying on Paros island.

Lovely hotel!
We loved this hotel! The pool is beautiful and the barman makes great cocktails. Location is perfect - halfway between the old town and the beach. The perfect sunsets 100m down the road add to the appeal. The rooms are well equipt but nothing flash - clean, comfortable and soundproofed - everything we needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. In terms of value for money this hotel is brilliant. We will return.

Nice hotel located in a perfect area
First hotel to stay in whilst island hoping round Greece Low price so wasn't expecting too much however was given a upgrade upon arrival which turned out to be what I was expecting the room to be just a double bed and bathroom so don't know what a down grade would be like Free air conditioning Free wifi Comfortable beds which isn't common in low price Greek hotels Staff was excellent on helping Hotel is located on a street just behind the main one going through the Paros so not nosy Only downfall is that you can hear every door closing which isn't so quite and hear everyone voices so if your a light sleeper you'll have a problem.

Nice little basic hotel in Parikia. Great value. Staff was wonderful. About 10-15 minute walk into town to catch the bus, but nice scenery of the port along the way. Pool, bar, and yard area very large and nice.

Awesome location and really great value for money
Really enjoyed our stay here. It's just moments walk to the stunning waterfront. We stayed in an economy room which was so cheap and considering the price was really good. The hotel facilities including pool are great for the money. Location is the best thing.

Big pool with garden
The hotel is close to the city center and the port. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. We spent more money to get one of the better rooms, but most of them had the balcony to the street. The pool area was very nice with banana and palm trees. There where no cushion on the sunbeds but the hotel provided pool towels. Breakfast was disapointing, we expected much more after reading all the reviews.

Budget room was cheap
I had a rather miserable budget room in a lovely hotel. I'm sure that if you paid for a more expensive room you would really enjoy the wonderful facilities. The budget room was downstairs in the basement. It has a window but with limited light as you are subterranean and there was a pool wall a couple of metres in front of the window. The room floor was dirty - you couldn't walk barefoot without accumlating dust and dirt on your feet. The shower had no curtain and the drain hadn't been cleared of hair and looked grotty. I actually bought my own disinfectant to sterilise it! Staff at reception however were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was good. The lobby, shared areas and back garden and pool are excellent. It's a good 15 minute walk - with luggage - to the hotel from the port and old town, but there was a mini-market on the way which was very handy.
