Dear Julian, We would like to thank you for rating our accommodation and we are glad that in total your stay was a pleasant experience for you. We would like to inform you that we are not a hotel, as you can find in the description at our name, is clear that we are city rooms meaning that we do not have a 24/7 reception service, something that is also mentioned in the details and at the message that automatically receives the guest when they make the reservation. In the same message, we inform all the guests about the door code that they will need to enter the building, something you didn't use on your arrival because the reception lady was there to serve you. Regarding the square's view and shape is not something that is in our power to change, you had booked a room in the central square of the town not in the old town, not having the streets of the old town or have some noise is something that the guest must expect it. Finally about the bathroom's amenities we provide shampoo, shower gel and hand soap as we clarify in the information section at the site, so the lotion/moisturizer is not something that the guest expects to find in the room.

We would like to mention that the building of Plaza 1866 located at the most central of Chania city with a lot of trees around and means that maybe pigeons or other birds fly around and this is something that we can not control as you understand. You are the first guest of us that he disturbed from that. Dear Mohammed, You arrived in our rooms before you make the reservation and you were very impressed. The second day you had a problem with the lock and the manager of our rooms was there from the first moment tried to solve your problem with the electronic lock that you broke from the inside of the room (you are the only guest who did that). During this process, you were impolite and arrogant to the manager that all he wanted was to help you. Finally, with your comment, we came to the conclusion that your purpose from the beginning was the refund of the amount that the manager already gave back to you and he did not charge you for the broken lock.
