The propery atmosphere was fun, being in a cave was cool, but low door frames, steep steps and no wifi or internet connection. The televisions didnt work, and no cooking utensils just pots provided.

All guests should be aware that Santorini caved houses are build deep inside the earth and many properties have steel steps , due to the architecture of the island. We do provide basic equipment for snacks etc but not for full cooking facilities as published on our site. Regarding the TV and wifi malfunction we are so sorry you faced this issue I'm sure that our reception would help in case they are aware of the situation. Many thanks for being our guests and hope to see you once more !

The property was great - clean, had a small kitchenette with mini fridge, and our own hot tub! Matheos was very helpful - explaining where we should go and how we can get around. He was easy to get ahold of whenever we needed anything.

Ca c'est tres bien passé et l'hôte etait toujours present pour toute nos demandes. Seul petit bémol rien pour faire chauffer ou cuire et le jaccuzzi était trop chaud au début et après trop froid du coup on a pas pu en profiter.

Wir waren für 12 Tage in der wunderschönen Vigila-Suite und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Team um Matheo und Astrid hat uns sehr gut betreut und versorgt. Das reichhaltige Frühstück wurde uns jeden Morgen zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit in einem Picknickkorb gebracht. Es war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, mit Liebe ausgewählt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Bei Problemen und Fragen stand Matheo (der auch deutsch spricht) jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht und der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse waren ein Highlight der Suite. Der Ort Emporio ist mit seinen vielen verwinkelten, engen Gassen wunderschön und es macht Spaß diesen zu erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und sind froh uns für Nalas Suites entschieden zu haben.

Struttura nuova e molto curata da raggiungere a piedi il che rende le camere davvero silenziose, host gentilissimo e super disponibile, ci ha aiutato ad organizzare le varie escursioni, il trasporto privato da e per l’aeroporto e ci ha aiutato con l’affitto del quad, colazione ricca e camera molto pulita, posizione ottima da cui si raggiunge facilmente ogni punto dell’isola e la spiaggia di perissa è vicinissima. Struttura stra consigliata!

Bellissima struttura ad Emporio, villaggio al centro dell’isola di Santorini, una sorta di albergo diffuso. Per arrivare nella suites c’erano da fare una centinaia di metri nei vicoli del villaggio. Questa, forse, è l’unica pecca. Struttura gestita perfettamente da Manthos, ogni mattina ci portava la colazione che veniva consumata nella terrazza esterna della nostra suites dove era presente una bellissima vasca idromassaggio. Un posto da sogno, arredata bene e mantenuta meglio. Una vacanza da sogno in un’isola veramente romantica

Sehr gutes Ambiente, freundliches hilfsbereites Personal Frühstück leider nur auf der Terasse möglich, bei Wind etwas schwierig. Ein kleiner Tisch im Wohnraum wäre angenehm.

Service and people were very nice. From the beginning it felt like coming home. Nalas Suites were also in a very quiet area and very clean, stylish and atmospheric. We especially liked the dusk, the good service and the cleanliness. The breakfasts came into the room and were tasty
