Amazing Mykonos Luxury Escape

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, everything is modern and very clean. The service and friendliness of the team is outstanding, everyone is lovely and very helpful. The beds are very comfy and the breakfast choices amazing. Highly recommended, we will come back!

Excellent property - Ionna was great in checking us in and making sure our stay was wonderful. The private pool suite was exactly what we needed for the end of a long Greece vacation. Please note that this property is about 15-20 min drive from Little Venice and the town, so you will need to book transfers with them. This was a seamless process with the hotel, but just something to be aware of in case you are trying not to spend money on transfers.

The perfect stay once again

This was our second time staying at Mykonos Soul Suites as a couple, and once again, it exceeded our expectations in every sense! We stayed in the Junior Pool Suite, which is absolutely stunning. The rooms are impeccably designed and the view from the pool is breathtaking. You get the sun all day on the private terrace and the sunset in the evening just tops it all off. Whilst the hotel is stunning, it’s truly the staff who make this hotel exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect holiday, anticipating every need. No request was ever to much for Bobby, Theo, George, Foties or Iliana as they continued to surprise us with lovely touches throughout our trip away. The food is equally impressive, especially the breakfast which you can have delivered to your room which was such a treat. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we can’t wait to return again next year to Mykonos Soul Suites which has become a special place for us!

Most amazing experience of our lives

This was, without a doubt, the best accommodation experience we've ever had, and it was all thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had the time of our lives. We booked the front suites and were lucky enough to have our friends staying next door, which the staff arranged for us. The view from the suite was absolutely breathtaking, and the housekeeping, thanks to CC and the team, was flawless. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options to choose from. The cocktails and shots were perfectly crafted, thanks to Bori’s expertise. The level of service and attention to detail was truly what made our experience to Mykonos so incredible. A special shoutout to Bori’s, Fotis, and George, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, as well as to everyone working behind the scenes. Your efforts made our experience unforgettable. For my birthday, they surprised me with a sweet treat, champagne, and large numbered balloons, and they even secured us the best table at 180 Sunset at the last minute to celebrate. My wife and I had an incredible experience at Mykonos Soul Luxury Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome…warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. All of the staff were fantastic, but George and Ionne were absolute standouts who made our stay extra special. The suite itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and a private hot tub that quickly became our favorite spot to unwind. Everything about the property feels thoughtful and luxurious. We would absolutely recommend Mykonos Soul to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic, and first-class escape in Mykonos. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Ioana on the front desk was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. She organised transfers to other parts of the island for us and was always available on if we needed anything. The hotel was perfect for us and we loved the privacy of our swim up room as well as having breakfast on the patio ever morning. The rooms were large and cleaned everyday. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing for our 4 night stay. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this resort. They always seemed to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. They offered recommendations and made reservations for us when we needed. The driver was fantastic as well. Having the private deep pool was absolutely amazing. I had an incident where I fell in the room and split open my elbow and they were so quick to bring in the first aid kit and arrange the driver to take me to the hospital ASAP where I had to get a few stitches. They let us check out late the day after where we couldn’t go to the beach or do a whole lot with my injured arm. The breakfast was 10/10 every single day. I’d absolutely come back to this quiet and secluded resort.

Great room and breakfast - disappointing staff

The hotel was beautiful however when we arrived the check in time which was emailed to us and on our booking was one hour earlier than the hotel staff had advised. Instead of understanding a mistake had been made the hotel staff told us that it was our problem and that we should call up hotels.com to rectify this. Given that it was incorrect on hotels.com and they were the hotel we were very frustrated to be told that it was our responsibility to fix this issue when clearly that it the job of the hotel -to ensure that correct information is uploaded onto booking sites. That did unfortunately leave a sour taste in our mouths however the stay and room itself including breakfast were lovely.
